chore(fe): 移除误提交的 token 文件，preview-v3 加进包体忽略
adm.txt 是联调时写 access token 的临时文件，我 cwd 弄错写进了 pets-fe 并跟着
上一个提交进了仓库。撤掉并在 .gitignore 里堵住（连 at.txt 一起）。
preview-v3.html 加进 packOptions.ignore，和 preview.html / preview-v2.html 一样
不进小程序包体。
